This morning practice concentrates on building resilience for every day life. Learn how to quieten your mind through yogic and scientific breathing methods activating your para sympathetic nervous system. Coupled with the gentle yoga flow practice, you can improve your flexibility and build more strength in your body. The breathing methods and yoga poses will help you train your resilience and improve your relationship with stress. In this flow you will learn how to use your breath as a resource for grounding and cultivating inner strength. The practice finishes with a 15 minute meditation. Open to all. An understanding of yoga basics is recommended. This class is held at the beautiful The Pavilion Chichester which is a fabulous place to practice yoga with a beautiful view over the park at Graylingwell.
