In this slow flow yoga class you will move a bit more slowly and hold your poses for longer. The yoga poses are sequenced to allow for deeper immersion to help get more flexible and strengthen your body, as well as focus and calm you. With the hectic lifestyle most of us lead, this practice is a great antidote to the daily rush allowing you to breathe and move at a slower pace. The emphasis is on the breath, to help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping your body and mind unwind and finding that 'flow state'. The goal of this yoga practice is to help you feel calm and rejuvenated. If this is your very first yoga class, then please get in contact with me prior to attending, thank you.
