This men’s yoga class offers yoga poses for the tight bodied – for you athletes, you desk sitters, for all you who would like to get more flexible, help build your strength and find more focus. This yoga practice helps you find greater ease of movement in your body. Some core strengthening is incorporated into every class for your fitness and for your lower low back health. This class is accessible to anyone. This yoga practice helps you find better movement in your body. Core strengthening is incorporated into the yoga class for your fitness and for your back health. Please bring your own yoga mat. If you are completely new to yoga, then please book an introductory session first.
