Breathing, balancing and centring for optimal
body movement, energy, and clarity of mind.
Most of us aren’t breathing as well as we could. Poor posture, stress, and restricted movement is impacting our energy, focus, and overall well-being. This workshop helps to restore functional breathing for better oxygenation, calm, and vitality.
3-hour workshop: Combining gentle yoga for better posture with the science of optimal breathing. You’ll learn how to free up your breathing muscles, improve posture, and practice simple breathing techniques you can apply in everyday life to help reduce stress, sleep better and enhance performance.
Workshop:
• 75 minutes yoga for breath & posture: Stretch and strengthen key muscle groups for easier, deeper breathing.
• 15 minutes refreshment break: Tea, coffee, nuts and fruit
• 75 minutes presentation:
– The Science of Breath: Understand how breathing affects energy, focus, sleep and relaxation.
– Practical Breathwork Techniques: Learn exercises you can use anytime to bring calm and balance into daily life.
• 15 minutes: Questions, answers and comments
